Hello All,

My need is for someone or group who would be interested in being an equity partner on a condo conversion deal in Atlanta. I have a client that has already been pre-approved for the purchase price of 10M . He needs a cash partner who can come up with 10% down. We have already approved him for a loan up to 70% of the future appraised value. It's a lucrative deal, just needs a partner who can act fast!

If this is something you can help with, let me know ASAP. I can give you more information, including appraisal and the Executive Summary. The numbers are impressive--he just needs a partner.

Any luck on this yet? I'm also doing a condo conversion project while mines only 24 units I've had the toughest time getting acceptable financing terms. Lenders are just scared with the market conditions. Let me know how you guys are doing.
