I'm looking for a wholesaler in the South Florida area to partner with for wholesale deals. I am getting properties in but need help marketing to buyers in the area.

Does anyone know if it is common practice to partner with other wholesalers to help get started?

I have access to alot of South Florida deals as well. I primarily work in Houston, but my girlfriend lives in Miami so I work there when I can. Id like to get more involved as there is alot of wholesale property available with strong rental market in area Im familar with.
