hello i am offering my home to any investor wishing to purchase for balance of note i have done extensive remodel over the last two yrs hate to see it go but i am disabled with no income and have a court date in next 337 days with Administrative Law Judge for SSDI Attorneys believe i will get my case but that is to far out to ask the lien holder to hold my note current payments are 850 this is based on Loan of 95K on 30yrs with 10 %interest and ballon of 92K due in Dec2011 we have Had kitchen Remdeled New cabinets and counter tops Metal roof CH/A and i do know people who would be interested in renting and when i got my Back pay i would be interested in Buying back if interested thanks and God Bless
