I am interested in working with someone that has commercial investing experience that can help me in locating, analyzing, negotiating and funding properties.

I am interested in the following property types: apartments, self storage, senior/assisted living and mobile home parks. However, I would mostly concentrate on apartments and self storage for now. The location of the propertys can be nationwide.
