Hey guys,
I just wanted to first say I love the site it has a lot of good information available. I currently am a wholesale investor in the Cincinnati Ohio area and I get from time to time potential leads located in Northern Ohio, ie Cleveland, Akron, Toledo etc that I don't necessarily plan to invest in. However I don't want these leads to go to waste. So I was wondering if there where any investors in the Northern Ohio area that might be willing to partner or work out some how type of arrangement. Justin, I think it would be helpful if you describe what you're doing to qualify these "leads." Is there any level of due diligence of screening you're doing on them?

Hey Mark,
Thanks for the response and the answer is no not yet however I will be willing to contact them and get the necessary info and if it is viable pass it on no problem. I'm just asking a general question to see if anyone would be interested. We all know that it is a numbers game but I just in case the lead might work.

If you want to make money resourcing deals for other investors, I'd suggest you add value. Most brokers "pass it on" without doing any validation of the data or adding value by in some way evaluating the data.

Brokers trade in information. It blows me away how many trade in unvalidated and often completely fictitious information and then wonder why they have lost credibility and in turn relationships with investors.

There is no quick easy "pass it on" and make a buck.
