Hi BP,

I have 2 family friends that trusted me enough and want me to invest for them. I don't know what to do with the money though. Each have about $150K for a total of $300K. They both just want to buy a house and become a landlord. But I think there should be much better use with these amount of money that can get better return quicker. Can you provide some guidance as to which way to invest that would bring good returns to these folks at the same time, I can make money as well. Greatly appreciate all responses. If you are in the Seattle area and want to JV, let me know :D

What is your real estate experience to-date?

What have you done to prove to these investors that you can make money for them?

If you can answer those questions, I'm guessing we can better suggest ways to invest this money...

Thanks for the reply. I don't have experience with wholesaling or flipping. I do know about them though. I did own a couple of rental properties a few years back. I also have connection with realtor and mortgage broker.
