Im looking for an experienced investor/wholesaler to partner with here in Houston. I have this possible deal with extremely motivated sellers and I dont want to lose it due to my lack of experience. I saw the property on Saturday and told them I would get back to them today with an offer. I would rather work with someone since this is my first deal..I basically need help with the numbers. Its throwing me off because its a 4 unit multi family property. 50/50 split.

What can you buy it for? How much in repair/updating does it need? How much does it rent for now? How much would it rent for after it's updated and fully leased?

Hey Jon, I'm wholesaling the property. It needs a full rehab...it's completely gutted. It's been vacant for several years. Once updated it could lease for $650-$700. It's pretty easy to rent in the area..its right around the corner from two colleges.
