The builder will use his lender.
You only need $3000 earnest per property if buying more than one
You only need $5000 if buying one
Builder gives:
10% Cash Back at closing
Average Price of Condos $240,000
So with a $6000 investment for purchasing 2, you get back at closing a check for $48,000.
The Builder will also pay 3% towards closing costs, meaning you will probably not have to come out of your pocket with any money.
