Hello all! I've been really excited reading about everyone's experiences on this site. I've put together a cash buyers list, found a few interesting areas to buy (researched multiple investor flips at <200k buy in and a great ROI in 3-7 months). My brother just got his RE license so we have another avenue of revenue, esp just in case the deal is too close to wholesale.
Just need to find a short sale lawyer/negotiator with a proven record who can get 10-15% below market. I know alot of investors are against using RE lawyers to negotiate short sale flips, just wondering if anyone has had any good experiences, especially with professionals in California?
