Dear dmvetta,
I'm an experienced R.E. investor, but new to birddogging. Can you bring me up to speed on the "typical" arrangement, if there is such a thing? How much does an investor pay? Is it a flat fee or a percentage of PP? Are the funds paid out of escrow in closing or separately & directly between the 2 parties? Any help here would be appreciated! Thanks!!!
