I just received information on a bank owned property that is exclusive to me right now. It will not last more than a day or two. It is a 95% complete Condo complex with 48 units. It has recently been appraised at 6.8MM, and should be able to be bought for 65% LTV. It will require about $350,000 to finish the project. I will have more extensive information on it tomorrow. I am not sure how you can get ahold of me or vice versa (this site does not allow emails or phone numbers)
