In Austin TX area, there are two commercial properties that you might want. I know the seller and he is willing to sell them for about 50% of there potential value. They are on a new highway, one on each side of the highway. They are zoned commercial with triple freeport tax (I think this is what this is called). It allows for industrial, retail or multi-family. At any rate, what are you referring to when you say potential value of land. The value is what the value is, unless I am missing something here.
