I have some buyers in Texas looking for wholesale properties. Texas wholesalers please pm me all your properties. I currently have active buyers looking in Houston at under $100k and McKinney, Allen, Frisco and Fairview at max $200k.

The ones in the Fairview area are mostly looking for light cosmetic repair. Roof repair is okay but no foundation issues.

Why not post some more details of the criteria so we all don't waste each other's time.
New construction or pre-owned, age, size, areas, etc, etc.

I have some properties I can wholesale. I get more accepted offers than I can buy myself. They are usually lower income to lower middle class neighborhoods 3bdrms under $50k with purchase, rehab, and assignment fee. They make great rentals with postive cash flow.

Either new construction or pre-owned. No more than 105 years old. I have buyers all over Houston, McKinney, Allen, Frisco and Fairview. Size doesn't really matter. I have someone looking for 2-8 unit properties in the Houston area (beds and baths don't matter). The other areas the buyers are mainly looking for something they can do a light rehab on and resell. They don't have a preference on size or beds/baths.

That's all the information I have on specific criteria.

Call Arnie Abramson at 214-733-8889 ext 303. He has some properties all over DFW that he is looking to sell. I was speaking with him today about them as a matter of fact. He had mentioned that he was even looking at possibly owner financing them due to many local investors having issues with obtaining a loan.

My Houston buyer's list has been growing as well. I have people looking for both rehabs and mulitfamilies. If anyone has any great deals they want to pass on please do so!
