Looking For Properties To Wholesale

I'm looking for some properties to wholesale to some of my buyers. I prefer to deal in Oklahoma,Texas and Georgia but I'll take anything if it's a good deal in a good market.

I have some in TX and a few other states. Most would be good rentals with positive cash flow. Purchase price usually under $50 and ARV $40-50k including repairs and assignement fee.

I have a contact for you in St. Petersburg. Even with your assignment fee I think your investor will be under 55% FMV fully rehabbed. Hard money is available if your client wants to get financed and stretch his/her cash.

I have properties for as little as $3400/door Nationwide. Let me know if there is any interest. Some ARV's $45-$50k. Some are tenant occupied already cash flowing.
