I have a client that is looking for Big, Vacant commercial property 250,000+ Sq. Ft. Not just property with some upside, he wants your orphans the behemoths that nobody wants.

Naturally, he wants a good price but he's creative enough to make the deal work fo everyone and possibly keep you/your client in the deal for a share of the upside.
