looking for wholesale properties

When i said some areas are better than others. I meant some areas are better to wholesale than others because of the opportunity. just wanted to clarify that.

Carl,

I have some SFR homes that are priced great and should be easy for you to sell. IF you bring a buyer great, if you bring a buyer that needs financing or hard money I can do that also. Let me know, it wont get easier than this.

Carl, I have alot of properties.. Single Family Rentals.. Rehab and sell ....Mobile homes on land and apartment buildings.. I am sure you can find a buyer for one of these.. We will even finance for the right buyer... Orrin

I am currently wholesaling in Michigan and Atlanta, I would love to split my fee with you if you can bring buyers to the table. These properties are in very nice neighborhoods (no war zones). Most of them are under $20,000 with minimum repairs (under $5000). Minimum $300 in cash flow on most of them based on current rent rates. Are you interested?
