I'd like what the originator of this post wanted but I can also pay cash for distressed property with an upside. Bring them on.

One of my Clients has a new construction project in Tacoma Wa 200+ units and they are trying to decide what to do with it now. Nearly complete 0% occupancy but will be great income property, or sell as TIC or Convert to condo(in a few years) It's a heck of a project if you have the staying power
