I have an overseas CASH buyer looking for a strip mall in the NYC area.
Ideal property would be 10-15 store fronts, poorly managed or in some disrepair. Mall should be anchored by major tenant, grocery store is not necessary, in fact the perfect scenario would be major drug store. Occupancy in the 70-85% range will be fine. Current cap rate of 10% or slightly worse would be fine as well.
Please no public listings, as buyer is looking to resell at some point in the near future.

Same conditions as above, however being branded is not a deal breaker. Excellent location is of more importance than being branded or not. Ideal size would be in the 100-150 room range, but will look at larger or smaller if the deal is right.
