I have a condo complex in SW Florida, the bank want to move it bad. It is now low enough to buy in bulk, you can hold and rent or flip. The bank went from 80K a door to 60K a door last week. Let me know if you want the package on it.

I don't think these guys want to deal with REOs. They're looking for deeply discounted properties with seller financing.
