I have a big buyers list in Cincinnati. I'm looking for deals selling for 40-50 cents on the ARV dollar or less. Single families and multi-families are all fine. All levels of rehab are ok as long as we don't need to knock the house down and start over again ;). Email in signature.

How many buyers?
Do they buy in CASH?
How fast do they close?
