How long do commercial short sales take? I know residential short sales can be a pain in the a$$ but we got it down to where we can usually close residential short sales in about 45 days. Can you do that with commercial or is it a waaay longer process?

Well Dear it depend the location of the property if the location is best easy approach, near to the Bus Stop and market then you don't need to wait but max it take a couple of week to sold out any propert

A short sale in a couple weeks??? Not in this world!!! Please prove me wrong. Post listing date, offer date, release of lean date, if second is involved, and excepted date. Sounds like you are ether a pro or a BSer

I've never closed a commercial or residential short sale in less than 60 days. Shoot me an email of who is doing your negotiations.
