I have a client that needs 175K for SFR valued 285K to 329K this is a foreclosure home and they are wanting to purchase and flip. I have brokers that I work with but they are not very reliable to me; I have to follow up chase them too often on the leads I send them. The home is in Lexington, KY 40514

Do you know of any reliable person that may be able to help?

Of course. But they have to be willing to have some skin in the game, and some halfway decent credit.
