just closed on two flip houses and am seeking some new prospects. Need to be single family in a nice neighborhood for resale..not rental area.

The property will rent for $750/month and the average time for rentals in Grand Rapids is 3 months. Although, I have several individuals interested in purchasing the property via land contract for $55,000, some want to give 5% down and others 10%, at 8% interest amortized but I do not want to hold this note.
