I'd like to formally introduce myself. My name is Jimmy Tu and we are a group of Real Estate Investors based out of San Francisco, CA.

Reason for my post is that we are currently looking to meet other rehabbers here in the SF Bay Area and thought I'd give it a shot by posting up a new topic.

We specialize in purchasing distressed properties from Banks and FSBO's. Our ideal property would be a "fixer" with a nice built in equity position once rehabbed.

So here is what we look for specifically:

Property type: Single Family homes
Location: San Francisco, San Mateo, Daly City, Redwood City, Burlingame, San Jose (Generally your working class areas)
Work needed: A plus!!
Price range: We are able to purchase up to 1 Million as long as the property meets our standards and criteria.
