We're looking for apartment buildings nationwide that we can buy a master lease option on. We will pay birddogs that can bring us these leads.

Criteria:
-No rehab
-Majority of units 2+ beds
-50%-60% occupancy or higher
-Any location

Hi Richard,

Would you be interested in a JV partnership or Equity funding? I'm working on a 190 unit apartment complex, that the buyer may not be able to get the funds needed of 2.6M for purchase. The annual NOI is around 500K. Let me know if this may be of interest to you. I'm also working on some other projects.
