Why our they moving to MI?
- The husband wants his retirement from the Sheriff dept. to work harder in Michigan where he was born/raised (family)
Why lease w/option instead of buy?
- They want a buffer to settle in Michigan and have that option available to them.
Do they have money to put down?
- I can get you the exact amount.
What are they looking to spend a month on rent?
- They like the $2k price.
When are they in need of this property?
- they'd be ready to go upon locating a property that matches their needs.
Our they coming to look at properties or would they need to be reviewed via email?
- I asked them that, they told me that they have relatives in that area that can review the homes for them. However, they would coordinate a trip if there were properties available to justify the trip/expense. Email is always do-able.
