Hello:

We just partner with a larger partner for buying commercial buildings in CA, NY, Nevada, Washington state, TX and Florida

If you know any owners who as a note to sell, buildings such as office, medical, please let me know.

If you are a broker, you must be the direct agent for the building. Also any owner that wants to sell their note or building.

Hi Alice,

Would you be interested in Multi Family Units in MI? I have a client that may not be strong enough to get funds to purchase and may have to JV or find other sources to purchase units. MFU produces good positive cash flow. E-mail me if you are interested.
