I have a few buyers that are conventional and/or FHA financing, and are looking for a good deal.
If you currently own property for sale, and have at least some seasoning (have owned it for a day or two) shoot me an email or PM me through BP.

Sorry for not being more specific.
Right now I have a buyer looking for a 4/2 Block home in Clearwater, FL. She wants a turn key property. She is buying virtually so the pictures must look nice.
I have another guy looking for a cheap 4 unit rental property in Pinellas.
I have another that is using FHA financing, but I dont know yet where she is looking.
All of these people are coming to me to get a great deal. So obviously the price has to be attractive, in that there should be equity right away.
If you need any more info, please let me know what else you need. But my strategy is to find homes for the buyers and try to get a finders fee as I am not a real estate agent.
so you want us to find a property for you so that YOU can get a finders fee? ;-)
What about a 2/2 condo near Temple Crest? It's tax assessed at $67k and I'm selling for $35k. I don't mind paying a finder's fee.
What I want to do is bring you a buyer who is ready and willing to buy property.
Of course, buyers seem to be pretty valuable now, so I would like to be rewarded for my efforts.
I'm currently building cash buyers list right now and would love for some wholesalers to go joint with me on some deals while I get some deals under my belt.
