I have some properties in LA but, you can't get it for 60 cents on the dollar. They will be more like 70 cents or higher but, you can always make an offer.
Do you have them under contract already? Is it a firm offer on the sellers side or is it firm on your side? If not lets work towards the .60 if possible. If not let me know what you have under contract so I can pass it along. Lets keep in touch.
