I'm looking to purchase cash flowing two family units in Cleveland, OH and/or surrounding suburbs. I'm looking for 3 of them that are rehabbed, rented and cashflowing, free and clear title (no liens) for a cash transaction with a buddget of $100K. The areas I'm looking for are: Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Maple and the better side of East Cleveland.

I grew up in Cleveland Heights/Univ. Hts. and know this market well. I am currently an inactive realtor, living in Atlanta, but I can provide you with the name of a real estate agent who knows this market inside and out
