* If renovation needed, have complete bids

* Link to neighborhood data
* Property management teams on standby or already rented.
* All have video
* All have 15+ photos
* ARVs $75-150k

Bruce,
I have several packages between $1m-$5m. Homes are nationwide. Some packages have quit claim deeds others are warranty deeds. Package prices range from $3200/door to $20k/door. These are DIRECT from a Private Seller.
