We have over 150 contracts in the Metro Detroit area with at least 12 months seasoning and a 98% payment collection rate. Is that something you might be interested in?

I've got a NW bank with West coast developed lots (non-CA). They are motivated to get assets off their books.

My name is William and I am looking for a land contract Buyer for 3 parcels in the UTAH area. 1000 acre ranch LTV as of late 2009 50-52%

190 acre ranch, LTV of 79% as of late 2009

160 acre ranch, LTV or 64% as of late 2009

My associate has some lots (parking lots) for sale in Oklahoma City, OK. City is building near so they will increase in value or the city will take it. They are selling for 750K, owner will carry with 400K deposit. If interested let me know.
Also I know of some luxury lots. But you must have some "deep" pockets for them. Let me know

Quinton, you mentioned an associated of yours is willing to carry payments with 400K down. With a new note with that much equity in it I am sure I can sell that Note for your associate so they can capitalize on their investment and reinvest in another one.

I was referring to property deals. More specifically, deals that involve vacant land. I am looking to find vacant land, get it under contract, and then turn it over to an investor buyer.
