I need a house for under 10K

Just to keep you on your toes. Some of the landlords in Michigan are doing this.
There renters start becoming a headache. late payments , no payments, and instead of kicking the renters out they try to sell the house while the tenant is in it claiming the house rents for $$$$ a month and that the tenants are good and it gives it a good selling (pro) point.
In all reality you are about to buy a house with tenants that will eventually have to be evicted and most likley destroy $5000 of your property ( carpet, walls,cabinets,landscaping)
Unless you are glueing down fabric from the store as carpet you are going to spend a pretty penny doing floors in these rentals. And obviously have to paint.

I know it sounds like a good idea CARLTON but beware. If you need a trustworthy and honest property locator I can help in you finding in the DETROIT AREA.
I like the Detroit suburbs myself and can find many deals but cost more towards the $20,000 range. But good deals are out there.
I found a $7000 house with a renter that I refered to my buyer for $9000 and it needed $1500 of concrete work that I did for him for $1000. $10,000 total rents for $700 per month

Ryan I don't need a property locator I AM a property locator. The property that I mentioned in my prior post I've seen first hand inside and out.
