I have a huge buyer demand for suburban Detroit properties. Macomb, Oakland, & WEstern Wayne counties.

Specifically I have a group in need of 20 homes in Pontiac asap. They are tapping into grant money to purchase and renovate these homes. Need them unlisted and the target areas are Seminole Hills, Indian Village, & Washington Park. Basically west of Woodward. Minimum 3 beds & basement. Prefer brick but will entertain framed as well.

That is just ONE of my pool of buyers. Please email me with other deals in Livonia, Oak Park, Southfield, St. Clair Shores, etc... Bricks are always popular.
