I would have to say yes he would be interested. As long as it has tenants in place, cash flowing and meets the rest of his requirements.

I know you're looking in the Detroit metro area. If you have any buyers interested in the Indianapolis market. I have have a couple deals with tenats that have a positive history, starting at $20k. Management in place.

Gentlemen,

Our company has every resource in place to fill buyes needs for cashflowing poperties. I have a small portfolio of 9 homes with great cashflowing tenants... all 3+ bedroom bricks with good payment history, average price is 30K per... these are located in good areas of Detroit.

If interested in obtaining cashflowing properties in metro Detroit, this can be done in the 30-35K range as well. We have all of the resources to do this from acquisition to rehab to tenant placement. There is a huge market for rentals in metro Detroit and I have a great connection for Section 8 tenants if that is desired.

If interested in turning tenants into buyers, we have an in house mortgage company as well as phenomenal credit repair services that an turn tenants into qualified buyers.

Hi Greg,
I have many available houses around Grand Rapids that are seasoned with renters and land contract buyers. Price can very pending on how many he would want. Most are at 30k. I will email you a list.
