I just saw a flyer for an empty 50,000 sf light industrial building on the hard corner of Coit and Plano Pkwy. it has some office space, and extra land. Asking price is $1,750,000.
I've been looking at this deal you might have some thoughts on. A 1,300 sf church and a mobile home on just over an acre on Davis Blvd in Southlake, a major road. It's value is in the land and is priced at $10psf on the land. Didn't you purchase a church site? Is there anything you can do to the existing structure to make it marketable, for rent or sale?
