Most properties that I have seen in Metro Detroit are running at an average low of $2500 up to an average high of about $12K.
The properties are definitely below the $20K value, even in relatively good condition.

Hi Karim-
I'd like to re-ask Kirk's question of what condition do the homes need to be in for your buyer? It's true that there are many properties in metro Detroit available for under $20k however, due to the greater supply, Demand requires nicer and nicer quality homes. Can you give specific areas/zipcodes your buyer is looking for?
