I'm looking for destressed apartment complexes in the Dallas metroplex preferably properties that are not listed with a broker. We only by properties selling at 70% ARV or lower.
I work with several high net worth individuals, brokers and managment companies in this area. So if anyone's looking to invest in apartment complexes in a strong growing market with units selling much lower then most comparable cities and excellent profits concider Dallas and give me a call or send me an email so we can discuss your investment requirements.

Not sure about your 70% ARV request. In respect to multi-family properties, traditional investors have buying criteria like:

Cap Rate (current)
No. of units (range)
Class: A, B, C, warzone
Vacancy v. Occpy %
Value Play v. Repositioning
Price per door

I work the DFW metroplex on a daily basis and focus on CRE, specifically MF properties.

I'm direct to a couple apt properties in the area, that are bank assets.

Let me know some more of your buyer's criteria and maybe we can do a little business.

There's a webcite called www.loopnet.com
they have a lot of those properties you are looking for. im not sure tho if they are all listed with a broker. loopnet is a commercial property website.
