I have a buyer that is currently looking for NYC commercial, multi-family, and hotels. They are a cash buyer and I'm next to the buyer's lawyer. The buyer won't pay commissions so please make sure the seller will be able to. Please send any deals you might have to [EMAIL REMOVED].

As long as the property isn't in a war zone and it is for sale by the owner who can provide a executive summary then my buyer will look at any commercial deal in NYC and some other big cities as well.

Your post is several weeks old, but I was wondering if your buyer is still seeking NYC product?

I have plenty of NYC commercial assets and notes available, many of them off-market - if interested.

Fee arrangement might be an issue, but I am quite sure we can work something out.

Hi Bryan,

Yes the buyer is still interested in NYC commercial properties but not notes. If the buyer is interested we can negotiate the commission. I believe they are interested in Florida multi family properties as well.
