Hi everyone. I have recently turned my attention to wholesaling properties from my previous buy & hold strategy (which I started doing 2005). I started about 4 months ago going to a few seminars but I'm strapped for cash. I looking for someone who is willing to mentor me. I know investors time is valuable and what I can offer is half or all of the profit from a deal that you help me go thru. I have been looking at properties in the Inland Empire and have found many properties but seem to get stuck & coming up w/ repair cost & filling out a contract right so that I don't get screwed. Is there anyone out there willing to truly lend there expertise & knowledge?
