I have buyers seeking to purchase properties in AZ, CA, FL, TX, NY, NV, WA, IL, NE, PA, GA, NC, SC, NJ, CO, UT-they want apartment deals that are off market 100 units + class A&B, Office Buildings and Retail/Shopping Centers with a strong anchor tenant. Since it's free and clear I'll take $1000 up front, and we can set low monthly payments for up to 4 years.
