Hi All,
Glad to stumble upon this site. I am an intermediate experience investor looking for moderately priced, owner-financed properties in the Chicagoland area. I need a decent SFH in a good area or income property anywhere. I want a win-win situation, with a realistic seller not a greedy one. No offense meant, just being as clear as I can be.

Are you looking for owner financed investment properties or something to use as a residence? Are you looking for turnkey, or something that needs work? I've got about 10 wholesale deals in the Chicagoland area. Just closed on them, haven't even seen them yet. Seller financing is an option for us though. Hope to hear from you and good luck to you!

I checked 10 of the 11 properties. 3 are VLs and the rest run the gamut. I sent you pics and descr. Reply when you can let's see how I can grab a couple.
