Thank You Stacy, you should be able to connect to our website.
We are multifamily investors ourselves and own two smaller (30 and 48 units) in Central Florida.
We have JV and acquisition partners we work with very closely and we just recently helped them aquire larger properties.
We just helped them close 400 units in Orlando and 1200 in the Tampa area. They are looking for more doors in Florida specifically and being local, we are helping with this.
Pickings are slim right now, hence the request. We have our own fee agreement with our buyer.

Stan, we are sometimes the end buyer, when we are not, we have one of our partners take down the offering.
No, I am not expecting bankers and asset managers to see my post and we are happy to look at any potential deal. We just have no interest when it comes from a guy who once saw a house who knows a guy who owned it who's boss knows an agent who's broker has a friend who might know a guy who has a seller who might want to sell..... (and they all want to get paid)
