You can actually share the property information without signing a Buyer's agreement. Give the board the price, squ ft, year blt, # bdrms and baths, and the city state. This will give the potential Buyer the abilityt to decide if they want to see more BEFORE signing a Buyer's agreement.

California has not had properties that cash flow in 10 years. Most investors were paying negatives and counting on resale. You don't have to now. Just collect you rnet and wait for the market to correct. Average California cycle returns 100%+ on sales price.
