We are currently looking for 10 houses in Michigan. They must be in Kent, Ottawa, or Muskegon counties. We can pay cash and will close on short notice if needed.

Our total investment (including repair costs) should be 65% of the ARV. We would like to keep the purchase price below $150,000 per house for cash offers. House can be in any condition.

If you have one, or multiple properties available, please contact me as soon as possible.

Yes, this thread is old! I did end up finding the properties I was looking for at the time. I am still buying and selling real estate in west Michigan, so please let me know of any deals you have coming up.

-Properties in any condition
- Must have at LEAST 50% equity after ALL repair costs.
- We can close fast when needed
- Willing to look at creative financing deals

Also, buyers be sure to follow the link in my signature. I will pass deals on to my buyer list when I have too many, or often times sell completely rehabbed properties at a steep discount.
