Looking for a GC in Dallas

Hi BP, I am a property manager for multi tenant industrial in Dallas. I just got a lease signed with a May 1 move in and I need a few referrals of carpet and paint guys. They need to be fully licensed and if they do a great job we have plenty more jobs.
