Canadian purchasing in the states with friends
Hello!
A group of my friends and I have been talking about purchasing homes in the States (Texas) and renting it out. I was wondering what the best way to do it. There are 5 of us and we are wondering whether it's best to get incorporated ( would that mean double taxed?). Heard that we are not able to put 5 of our names on a home?
