Wells Fargo Closing Accounts

Hey guys,

I hope your all well.

Wells Fargo was the only bank that would open accounts for foreign nationals without them having to be in the country to sign the paperwork. Around two weeks ago they decided to pull the pin on this and pretty much sent out letters to all exiting customers advising them that their account will be close by mid September.

What an absolute disaster :(

They will also not approve a wire as the customer isn't in the country to sign the wire form. The only way they can get the money out of the account before it gets closes is to "bill pay" it to their attorneys trust account.

What are your thoughts on this fiasco?
