Looking for larger Multifamily up to 600 units

Still short on our goals for this year.

Looking for C (maybe B) class Multifamily complexes.
In or near Metro areas preferred, most likely 1970's vintage.
Not less than 100 units.

No problem with REOs or Distressed properties.
Pls include recent rent rolls, YTD financials and same for 2008 in PDF format with your email.
The better your info, the quicker my answer.

Hello Mr.Bergman,

I have a 242-unit apartment complex in Houston, TX... this is a Class C built in 1974... It's under renovation and currently vacant... Total Estimate Renovation is 2769360, the Estimated Value after Renovation is $9M... As-Is Sales Value is $4M.. It's Selling for As-Is for Cash is $2828000...with Seller-Financing would be $3308000... I can provide Renovation Budget, Rent Roll, Inspections and Photos...

ALSO... I have 156-SFR's in Houston,TX available.. currently occupied, Properties are about 2.60 acres...Seller's Price AS-IS for all 3 complexes is $9.8M....

ALSO...if you know of any Investors looking to buy a shopping center, a central plaza or a bar..please let me know... Thank you..
