Hi Joshua,

The property is a Cushman Wakefield property. I do not have any additional information on the property at this time. When I first got the property I thought it was a pocket listing. However, I soon realized it was not. So I decided to back away from it. I learned my lesson and now only seek out properties that are not listed. Sorry I don't have the financial info for you.
